I was kindly sent a few bunches by the British Asparagus group today, so I chose to make this dish, primarily due to the fact that I had feta in the fridge and believed it would be a great concept. Turns out, it was. A fast note about the preserved lemon you do not always require to purchase it particularly for this dish if you do not believe you'll utilize it in anything else (because just a really percentage is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I extremely suggest it as I think it works surprisingly with the feta.
